French Prosecutors Report That Police Arrest 7 Suspects in $102 Million Theft From The Louvre Museum

Following the $102 million Louvre jewel heist in October 2025, a couple was arrested in November 2025 after their DNA was found at the scene. The couple denied involvement, but authorities have charged them with organised theft and criminal conspiracy.

Details of the arrest:

A 37-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, who are in a couple and have children, were charged in Paris.

DNA evidence linking the man to the crime was found in a basket lift used by the thieves. Traces of his partner’s DNA were also found.
