BPD announces warrant for suspect in alleged murder of Pava LaPere.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 32-year-old Jason Dean Billingsley, of Baltimore. He is wanted for 1st Degree Murder, Assault, Reckless Endangerment and related charges.
The Warrant Apprehension Task Force, alongside the U.S. Marshals’ Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) are actively attempting to apprehend this suspect.
Billingsley is considered armed and dangerous.
