‼️HELP US IDENTIFY HIM‼️

On the night of 02/26/2024, around 1925 hours Sutter County Deputies responded to a call on N Street in Live Oak of someone outside their front door with a gun.

Per the reporting party’s Ring Camera Footage, the unknown male subject is seen holding a firearm and using the tactical light on the firearm as a flashlight.

Prior to leaving the residence, the unknown male subject left a note that threatened the family.

The reporting party and their family cannot identify the male subject and have no knowledge of any prior threats to their family.

Sutter County Sheriff’s Office Press Release Update Re: Javier Arteaga-Tinoco

UPDATE FROM POST EARLIER REGARDING SUSPECT IDENTIFICATION:

Per an anonymous tip, our detectives were able to identify the male subject as 29-year-old Javier Arteaga-Tinoco of Live Oak. A search warrant was issued to his residence, but we were unable to locate him.

If seen, please notify law enforcement immediately. Tinoco is considered armed & dangerous. Tinoco is last known to be driving a Black Chevy Crew Cab.

Investigators seek the public’s help in identifying an armed man caught on a Live Oak home security camera.

Deputies are asking for help identifying a suspect who was caught on a surveillance camera showing a man holding a firearm outside of a Live Oak home Monday night.
