A Lee County couple faced arrest on Friday, February 15, on charges related to the sexual assault of a household pet.
John and Samantha White, who are married, were taken into custody and booked into the Lee County jail. Detectives allege that John White recorded Samantha engaging in sexual intercourse with a family dog.
Sheriff Carmine Marceno expressed strong condemnation of the couple’s actions, stating, “I am disgusted by the actions of these two North Fort Myers residents. I will not tolerate any kind of abuse in Lee County.” He reaffirmed his commitment to protecting those who cannot defend themselves and to apprehending criminals.
Following the arrest, Lee County Domestic Animal Services intervened, removing four dogs from the couple’s residence.
The animals were evaluated for any signs of injuries.
This is beyond disgusting, sick, abusive, ETC. I hope they throw the book at them. How perverted can you get???

Who in their right mind would have a thought of any type of sexual acts of any kind with an animal, I feel bad for the animal, disgusting to say the least.. it makes u wonder who is the one who had such a bright idea.. I hope justice is done, n hopefully these sick individuals get what they deserve, n I pray they r not aloud to own another pet as long as they live. If it were me I would keep an eye on any of their friends who could possibly take part in these types of inhumane acts of torture on a defenseless animal, n hope they don’t also prey on children. A sick mind is nothing to play with, no telling how far their sickness may go. Lock them up n throw away any key to allow them to be free to strike again..
My God this is a case where one can only hope it was drug related because I would hope no one in their right mind would ever do such disgusting things.They should be embarrassed and ashamed
They need to be charged the same as if this were a vulnerable, helpless baby or child or senior citizen. Domesticated animals depend on us to care for them and protect them just like our children and elderly do. These rapists are monsters that should stay in prison for the rest of their lives because society is not safe if they are free!
