FOX 26 Houston reports that Kyle Michael Riddle has been arrested for allegedly shooting a 20-year-old man (identified only as Zavier) who was allegedly violating a protective court order by going to his ex-girlfriend’s house.
According to FOX 26 Houston, Zavier was unarmed when he was surprised by Suspect Riddle, who was allegedly armed with a rifle. Riddle then allegedly shot Zavier as he ran away while holding his hands up.
It is unknown which law enforcement agency is investigating this case.
