The FBI has released surveillance video showing the kidnapping of visiting American Monica de Leon Barba in Tepatilan, Jalisco, Mexico.
The FBI reports that at least four suspects in 4 vehicles were involved in the kidnapping of Monica as she walked her dog on a sidewalk.
