Authorities in Los Angeles County are investigating a tragic series of events that are believed to be a murder-suicide. Eyewitness News has learned that the deaths of a baby and a couple found at three separate locations are connected to this incident.
Investigators have revealed that Danielle Johnson, aged 34, allegedly stabbed her live-in boyfriend to death at their apartment in Woodland Hills around 3:40 a.m. Following this, Johnson reportedly left the scene with her two daughters, who witnessed the homicide.
It appears that Johnson then forcibly removed the two girls from her vehicle while on the 405 Freeway in Westchester. Tragically, during this altercation, the 9-year-old was holding the 8-month-old baby, who was ejected from the SUV and struck by a passing vehicle on the freeway, resulting in the infant’s death at the scene.
Subsequently, Johnson continued driving and eventually crashed her Porsche SUV into a tree at high speeds in Redondo Beach, where she lost her life.
This sequence of events paints a devastating picture, leaving authorities and the community shocked and saddened by the loss of multiple lives in such a tragic manner.
