Nicholas Fulk has been charged for his alleged role in the March 16 shooting at a Broad Ripple bar that resulted in the death of Tim Brown Jr. and seriously injured five others.
Fulk has been charged with Murder, three counts of Aggravated Battery, two counts of Battery with a Deadly Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon.
