Argentine police officer kills most wanted fugitive in a shootout.
Police report that an off-duty Argentine police officer in Buenos Aires was riding his motorcycle home when six armed robbers riding three motorcycles blocked him and tried to rob him.
The officer drew his weapon and resisted the robbery. The robbers began shooting at the officers and he returned fire, killing one of the robbers.
Police identified the dead robber as a most wanted fugitive who was wanted for multiple violent crimes.
