Priscilla Scott and Anne Faalogo Wanted by the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office

Priscilla Scott and Anne Faalogo are both are wanted on suspicion of identity theft.

Kitsap County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for your help to find Priscilla Scott aka ‘Cilla Scott’.

She and Anne Faalogo are both are wanted on suspicion of identity theft and possession of stolen mail as well as for arrest warrants in other jurisdictions.

Scott has similar warrants in Oregon.

Detectives say they were stealing mail with Richie Taii when he was shot and killed by a homeowner on Jan. 10th.

Court documents say officers found at least 24 pieces of stolen mail in the vehicle that all three were riding in when Taii was shot. Officers also found two cell phones, a notebook with more than 80 people’s personal information including dates of birth and addresses inside, and “additional documents pertaining to identity theft.” These items were all found in a black backpack, believed to have belonged to Faalogo.

Police say the pair used a stolen credit card to bail Taii out of jail right before he was shot.

According to court documents, Scott used an American Express credit card to pay a $2,600 portion of Taii’s bail. A Plus Bail Bonds posted the rest of the $25,000 bail and Taii was released.

When he was released, the $2,600 transaction was declined, according to court documents. The card was later discovered to be stolen, likely from the victim’s mailbox, according to court documents. It was also found in Taii’s pants pocket after he was killed.

They are likely in the Tacoma area.

If you spot any of them, please call 911.

Detectives say they have credible information that 44-year-old Tovia Puaauli is helping the two women hide. He has warrants for his arrest in Pierce County for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the First Degree and Rendering Criminal Assistance in the Second Degree.

Deputies say he should be considered ‘armed and dangerous’.

Tovia was found guilty at trial, was out on $50,000 bond before sentencing, and did not appear in court so a warrant was issued and the bail was forfeited.

Tovia Puaauli is 6’4″, 315 lbs and his last known address was on S. 58th St in Tacoma.
