A man identified by authorities as Ryan Wesley Routh has been arrested in an alleged Trump assassination attempt.

The attempted attack took place on Sunday at the Trump International Golf Course, located near Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. Following the confrontation, Mr. Trump was confirmed to be safe, and Routh was taken into custody.
In a statement, the FBI confirmed their involvement, saying, “The FBI has responded to West Palm Beach, Florida, and is investigating what appears to be an attempted assassination of former President Trump.”
