Cleavon Miles family members are upset with police shooting him.
Sacramento police shot and killed suspect Cleavon Miles who was allegedly armed with a gun after an hours-long standoff at a parking garage. Police say the suspect shot his gun off during the incident. The incident was caught on camera.
