According to witnesses, an armed man driving a tow truck was seen pursuing other tow truck drivers, leading to one vehicle overturning. No injuries were reported.
Authorities say they are intensifying efforts to address so-called “chasers” — tow truck operators who race to crash scenes, often running red lights to arrive first. Police warn that such actions create dangerous situations, increasing the risk of additional collisions and violent confrontations.
