Seventeen members of El Chapo’s family have defected from Mexico to the United States.

Mexico’s security chief, Omar Hamid García Harfuch has confirmed media reports that the Trump administration has allowed 17 members of a drug cartel kingpin El Chapo’s son to enter the United States, possibly as part of a plea deal.
