The incident occurred on November 7 at Qualité Los Angeles, a high-end clothing and accessories store located in Kenneth Village, a popular shopping and dining destination.

According to store manager Anthony Montes, the suspect—a young man—entered the store appearing to browse and ask questions about shoe sizes and merchandise. He spent about 20 minutes inside, engaging in small talk while surveying the store.

When Montes briefly stepped into a backroom, the suspect seized the opportunity. Surveillance video shows him grabbing armfuls of designer hoodies near the entrance before fleeing the store.

Police say the suspect escaped before officers arrived. The total loss is estimated in the thousands of dollars. The Glendale Police Department is reviewing the footage and asking anyone with information to contact investigators.
