An Amber Alert has been canceled after a mom and her baby were found safe after they were abducted out of Lancaster. Thirty-one-year-old Sabrina Sanchez and her baby were located at the U.S.-Mexico border, but the suspect, 25-year-old Efrain Sanchez-Jimenez, was not with them, CHP said.
Law enforcement warns that Efrain Sanchez-Jimenez is to be considered armed and dangerous.
