Craven County Sheriff’s Office Press Release Re: Dominic Connelly Wanted
November 5, 2025, Update – Dominic Connelly
On November 4, 2025, a sighting of Dominic Connelly was reported on a surveillance system on N.C. 43 Highway in Vanceboro, N.C.
Multiple local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies searched the area during the day & overnight for Connelly by ground & air.
Based on items located during the track & search, it is believed the subject in the surveillance footage is Connelly.
Connelly was last seen wearing desert sand-colored coveralls.
Connelly is wanted for the October 25, 2025, murder of his grandmother in Havelock and the October 29, 2025, attempted murder of a Craven County Sheriff’s Deputy in Vanceboro.
If anyone sees Connelly, do not approach and call 911 immediately.
Anyone assisting Connelly in his unlawful flight to avoid arrest and prosecution will face criminal charges.
