Police say Leandre Houston was armed with a gun.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has released videos from the fatal officer-involved shooting that killed Leandre Houston.
Police report it started when officers attempted to stop a vehicle driven by Demarqus Whitley with Leandre Houston as a passenger.
Both Whitley and Houston ran from car in different directions.
An officer chased Houston, who jumped over a fence while armed with a gun. An officer-involved shooting then occurred resulting in the death of Houston.
