Kenneth Morgan was arrested in Athens, Georgia, on October 24, 2025, after being recorded on video wearing a Nazi uniform and assaulting a University of Georgia student. He was taken into custody on suspicion of felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor simple battery.
The altercation took place on the sidewalk outside Cutter’s Pub in downtown Athens.
Viral video footage shows Morgan being confronted by a crowd of people about his costume. At one point, after a woman tried to pull off his swastika armband, he allegedly struck her with a glass beer mug.
