Authorities are actively searching for two suspects in connection with an intentional explosion that occurred at the Goldenson Building at the Harvard Medical School campus early Saturday morning, November 1, 2025.

Location: The explosion occurred on the fourth floor of the Isabelle and Leonard H. Goldenson Biomedical Research Building in Boston.

Time and Incident: A Harvard University police officer responded to a fire alarm around 2:48 a.m. and saw two individuals fleeing the building. The officer attempted to stop them but was unsuccessful.

Determination: The Boston Fire Department Arson Unit determined the explosion was an intentional act. A sweep of the building found no other explosive devices, and there is no continued threat to public safety.

Injuries and Damage: No injuries were reported, and authorities confirmed there was no structural damage to the building.
Investigation: The Harvard University Police Department, along with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, are investigating the incident.
