San Francisco Police Arrest Tynthia Bouza for Allegedly Stabbing Restaurant Owner Caught on Camera

Police report that Bouza was transported to San Francisco County Jail, where she was booked for the felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon (245(a)(1) PC) and vandalism (594 (b)(1) PC).

ASSAULT SUSPECT ARRESTED: On 10/18/25 at approximately 7:36 PM, officers responded to the unit block of 6th Street regarding a physical altercation. Upon arrival, they discovered that a verbal altercation between a person who had entered the business and the business operator had escalated into a physical altercation.

The suspect attacked the victim with a knife while the victim fended off the attack. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and business property was damaged as a result of the assault.

Officers arrived on scene, located and detained the suspect. Officers developed probable cause to arrest the suspect, identified as 39-year-old female Tynthia Bouza.

Bouza was transported to San Francisco County Jail, where she was booked for the felony charges of assault with a deadly weapon (245(a)(1) PC) and vandalism (594 (b)(1) PC).
