Police say that off-duty Border Patrol agent Isaiah Anthony Hodgson was charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors after an incident at a Long Beach restaurant, but he has since died of an overdose.

Charges and Aftermath
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office charged Hodgson with:
Three felony counts of resisting an executive officer.
One felony count of battery with injury on a peace officer.
Several misdemeanor counts related to carrying a loaded firearm in public.
Hodgson pleaded not guilty to the charges. He was released on the condition that he not possess firearms and attend alcohol counseling.
